Real Talk Entertainment was launched in 2003 and is a privately held, (Sacramento, Ca) based Independent record label.

The company is helmed by CEO/President, Derrick "Sac" Johnson and is focused primarily on recording and releasing new albums with gold and platinum selling R&B and Rap artists.

In 2005, Real Talk Ent. signed with (the largest independent distributor in the U.S) Koch Distribution, to handle the label's growing distribution needs.

Real Talk Ent. is currently home to a diverse group of Gold and Platinum artists, including key members of many Multi-Platinum selling groups:
